If you download a solicitation, please contact the Purchasing & Contract Administration Division as described above. You want to make sure that the City has your company's information in the event that addenda is issued on a solicitation. NOTE: Effective 07/01/04 on all construction projects there will be a non-refundable fee charged for plans and specifications in the amount of $26 for projects estimated to cost up to $100,000 and $52 for projects estimated to cost beyond that amount. Cash, or business, cashier's, or personal check, or credit cards will be accepted as payment (currently only Visa and MasterCard are accepted). A copy of the solicitations posted will be available for review at City Hall. Please contact the Purchasing Division for details.

The project objective is to establish an appropriate tax rate structure and to identify a tax rate for each business tax classification.
The City’s proposes to implement a business tax program for revenue raising purposes.
