We offer a variety of programs and services to our utility customers such as rebates for resource efficiency in your home or business, customized energy use reduction strategies through our online Home Energy Analysis program, online account viewing, automatic bill payment through Bank Drafting and rate assistance if you experience an unexpected financial hardship. 

Help for low income customers:  we have a bill discount (Rate Assistance Program), can help you install efficient appliances and weather stripping to keep you comfortable and lower your bills, or help you with a one-time payment through Project Pledge.  Call (650) 329-2333 for information on Project Pledge.
